Personal Assistant - Center City, Philadelphia (30 hrs/week)
A dynamic and fast-paced household in Center City, Philadelphia is seeking an
experienced, self-starting Personal Assistant
to provide high-level support across a wide range of personal, family, and creative responsibilities. This is a
30-hour/week salaried position
(with flexibility), offering
$40/hour , plus
bonuses and perks .

errands , tracking details, and helping manage a household Someone who genuinely enjoys being a helpful right hand to a high-energy, driven individual Primary Responsibilities: Weekly " brain dump " sessions to help turn ideas and to-dos into actionable plans Create and maintain
weekly schedules
and checklists for both employer and family Manage
family calendar
and schedule appointments, events, and activities Coordinate
travel
arrangements and bookings Run errands : pick up/drop off packages, process returns, dry cleaning, groceries, etc. Help keep
email inboxes and communication
organized and up to date Organize and maintain
home and studio spaces
in collaboration with professional organizers Assist with
household and construction projects
(city home, country home, art studio) Support
creative practice
and tasks related to employer's art and design work Collaborate with household staff (including organizers, nanny, and others) Provide occasional
support with kids or family logistics , if needed Bonus (But Not Required): Willingness to
babysit occasionally
or lend an extra hand with the children Experience coordinating or assisting with
family/home construction projects Ability to assist in managing tasks related to the employer's
