AirSculpt is excited to announce an opening for a Regional Sales Manager! In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive sales performance across multiple centers while overseeing a dedicated team of Patient Care Consultants (PCCs). Collaborating closely with Practice Managers, Surgeons, and Operations Leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our centers. AirSculpt offers a next-generation body contouring treatment that prioritizes comfort and precision. Our minimally invasive procedure not only removes fat but also tightens skin for quick recovery with minimal bruising and outstanding results. With more than 50,000 AirSculpt cases successfully performed in over 30 premium locations across the U.S., Canada, and the UK, we are leading the way in cosmetic innovation. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Execution

Drive consult-to-sale performance along with overall revenue growth across centers. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve both monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide hands-on coaching and skills development for PCCs to enhance close rates, average sale price (ASP), and consult volume management.

Multi-Center Oversight

Act as the sales leader for multiple high-performing centers. Conduct regular in-person and virtual check-ins with local teams to ensure alignment and elevate accountability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as show rates, booking percentages, refund rates, ASP, lead response times, and conversion ratios, taking action as needed.

Team Development & Culture

Cultivate a culture of empowerment, excellence, and accountability throughout the team. Identify training needs and implement best practices in consultative selling. Support the onboarding of new PCCs while assisting in the growth of tenured team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience while aligning with business goals. Identify growth opportunities and market trends that impact center performance. Participate in national sales meetings and initiatives, sharing insights and elevating best practices.

Qualifications: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in direct-to-consumer or retail medical aesthetics environments (cosmetic surgery, medspa, elective health, luxury healthcare preferred). Proven success in managing multi-unit teams and achieving performance targets across KPIs. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics, CRM systems, and performance metrics. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time across the assigned region. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand intermittently for shifts lasting 8-12 hours. Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds.
