Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in Monrovia, CA. In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and challenging environment, contributing to our mission: "Improving Health, Improving Lives".
Pay Range: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Job Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the laboratory department Ensure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results reported timely Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel Monitor workflow and schedule assay coverage Ensure proper staffing for all shifts Research and resolve production errors, escalating as necessary Engage in continuous process and service improvements Maintain equipment through Quality Control Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance records Evaluate and recommend process improvements Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports Perform bench work as needed and maintain technical proficiency Ensure compliance with regulations Administer policies and procedures Manage payroll and personnel files Perform administrative duties as needed Requirements: Associate's or higher in Chemical or Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field meeting regulatory requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as a histologic technologist/technician At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Assay development experience preferred ASCP HT or HTL certification required Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and state regulations Understanding of laboratory operations and policies Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing environments Physical ability to perform job duties If you're seeking a career with growth opportunities, professional development, and meaningful impact, apply today!
