Opportunity: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM • Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week • Rotating on-call responsibilities as needed • Operate fluoroscopy, computed tomography, laser, and ultrasonography equipment during vascular and neuroradiology procedures • Perform both circulating and scrubbing roles during interventional procedures • Provide patient teaching and assist with patient care within scope of practice • Manage inventory and coordinate scheduling for interventional labs • Troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance and participate in quality assurance • Resolve issues related to image processing and archiving systems • Ensure completed exams are properly scanned and stored in PACS • Follow PACS downtime procedures as a PACS Superuser • Graduate of accredited Radiology Technology program required • 1 year of special procedures training/experience preferred • Radiology (R) certification by ARRT required • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) certification by ARRT required • Texas state licensure (MRT by TMBB) required • BLS certification required (AHA only) • ACLS certification preferred (AHA only) • Basic computer experience required Facility: This healthcare facility features a comprehensive interventional radiology department equipped with advanced imaging technology including fluoroscopy, computed tomography, laser, and ultrasonography equipment.
