The Business Development Manager will be a vital ambassador for CAI, acting as the first contact for new clients while driving strategic growth initiatives. This role is centered on promoting CAI's innovative services, generating business opportunities, and deepening relationships with clients. Working closely with the Operations team, you will help devise and implement growth strategies tailored to the market, supporting regional business development efforts and collaborating across teams to ensure consistency in messaging and outreach. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for prospective clients, providing information on CAI's valuable services. Collaborate with the Operations Director to effectively position CAI’s offerings in the market. Engage with Senior Sales and Account Management to adopt best practices in business development. Partner with the Marketing Department to implement targeted campaigns. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of CAI’s service offerings and unique value proposition. Research prospective organizations and key decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities. Stay informed of market trends both locally and nationally. Drive revenue growth through enhancing relationships with existing clients and securing new ones. Represent CAI at industry events and networking functions. Provide mentorship to team members in business development skills. Draft, review, and deliver top-notch proposals that reflect CAI's professionalism. Identify and act on regional business opportunities, collaborating with other departments to enhance outcomes. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or client relationship management within the Mission Critical Industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets. Experience collaborating effectively across marketing, sales, and operational teams. Leadership Competencies:

Proactively address customer needs, expectations, and challenges. Design customer-centric systems and processes to enhance overall experience. Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 annually, excluding benefits and bonuses.
