The Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative and development support to the CEO, President and the Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. The Executive Assistant will organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists the CEO/President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings
Evaluates external speaking engagements for the CEO/President and provide recommendations on which engagements to pursue based on fit with Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE Foundation’s mission, potential business development opportunities, and prominence of opportunity
Support the development of presentations and talking points for external engagements by coordinating with others across the organization to gather inputs and prepare materials as necessary
Communicates with the staff on the CEO/President’s behalf and coordinates logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally. Accurately record minutes from meetings as required
Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with senior leadership team
Supports the CEO/President in his/her external commitments related to Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE Foundation, including service on external boards, committees and other groups
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5-10 years’ experience providing support for upper-level management in a related organization.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Outlook and Hubspot.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface with the executive levels of both Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE Foundation’s commercial and academic partners
