We are seeking a
Client Development (CD) Events Coordinator
to play a key role in supporting events across our Private Equity Group. These events may include large-scale conferences, client dinners, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the Private Equity Client Development Team, you will help ensure seamless execution and alignment with our firm's business development and client engagement objectives. You will also manage event tracking and reporting, delivering meaningful insights and ensuring that every client interaction creates impact.
What You'll Do: Manage logistics for events such as client dinners, client presentations, sponsorships, trainings, and similar gatherings. Working closely with the Client Development Events Specialist, manage and oversee Goodwin's participation in industry sponsorships. Collaborate with conference organizers to handle logistics and maximize the benefits associated with the firm's involvement. Track and process all Private Equity and Healthcare ticket requests for industry events, conferences, and related engagements. Take the lead on all aspects of webinar planning, from conceptualization and scheduling to execution and follow-up. Utilize Dynamics to track event, guest lists, and attendee information, ensuring accurate reporting and data management. Work closely with the Events Specialist to monitor and evaluate event effectiveness, tracking metrics and ROI, and providing post-event analysis and recommendations. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Who You Are:
BA, BS, or equivalent. 2+ years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm, professional services organization, or corporate environment. Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional client service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to think objectively. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and be comfortable articulating where you need help. Willingness and ability to work with a wide variety of people and projects in a collective and collaborative manner. Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments effectively. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and quickly establish trust. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Foundation, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM tools and databases is a plus. Occasional travel. Firm culture is hybrid work environment. #LI-MS1
