Operations & Benefits Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for a dedicated Operations & Benefits Specialist to join our multifaceted and innovative team at Spirax-Sarco in Blythewood, SC. This is a superb opportunity to contribute significantly to leading and optimizing our employee benefits programs, supporting our mission of excellence.
This role is Hybrid and will require onsite attendance 4 days a week at our Blythewood, SC office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and handle employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues. Maintain and update employee records in ADP and other HR systems. Audit platforms regularly to maintain accuracy and compliance. Generate and distribute reports related to various topics to key collaborators and management. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and successfully implement benefits strategies that align with company goals and budget. Assist in the development and delivery of employee benefits communications and education programs. Serve as a crucial collaborator in both the Onboarding and Offboarding processes. Fulfill the role of a contact person for other HR projects or operational requests as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in benefits administration, with a strong focus on employee benefits and operations. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. Diligent with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
