Executive Assistant - Buildings and Grounds

for the 2025-2026 school year.

The executive assistant provides clerical and organizational support to the Buildings & Grounds department and provides ongoing assistance to the staff and students. The executive assistant coordinates office support services. This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures as well as departmental goals and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions. The assistant will maintain and encourage a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment while keeping the needs of the students a priority.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree, and/or two years of administrative assistant experience. Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred. Desire for continued professional development is essential.

Glenbrook High School District 225, commonly referred to as the Glenbrooks has a student enrollment of approximately 5,000 students. Glenbrook North and Glenbrook South High Schools have a reputation for offering students an excellent, high-quality, well-rounded educational experience.
