Sales Manager, Parts & OE
to join our team and lead a group of dedicated Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) and Territory Managers. In this role, you will be the key connection between our sales teams, customers, and leadership, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, build relationships, and play a critical role in expanding our market share while ensuring our teams have the tools and training needed to succeed. Key Job Responsibilities Lead all areas of
parts, service sales, equipment sales, and rentals
while ensuring profitability and competitive margins.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and motivation to PSSRs and Territory Managers to foster a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Conduct ongoing
sales and product support training
to ensure teams have up-to-date knowledge, resources, and materials to serve customers effectively.
Partner with leadership to implement corporate programs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement and growth within the region.
Join customer meetings with sales teams to support opportunities, promote rebuilds and K-Care offerings, and assist in resolving disputes.
Manage the distribution of customer accounts, leveraging the CRM system to target growth, track performance, and improve customer relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant experience with management responsibility, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record in sales leadership with the ability to drive results while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Strong
leadership, organizational, and communication skills
with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization and with customers.
Proficiency with database software, internet applications, and order processing systems.
Ability to problem-solve effectively, adapt quickly to change, and thrive under pressure.
Flexibility to travel extensively and work varying schedules.
Additional Information
Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $120,000-140,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
