Job Description
AECOM
is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Administrative Assistant/Permit Coordinator
to work on water infrastructure construction projects in
Chicago, IL
.
This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure in the Chicago area.
Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).
May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
Reviews and maintains permit files and folders.
Updates and manages permit logs.
Assists with preconstruction documentation, scheduling, and tracking log updates.
Generates weekly time and field reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
A motor vehicle check is required.
Preferred Requirements:
Permitting experience
Chicago Water Infrastructure experience.
