We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role of our Administrative Assistant is to provide an efficient high level of administrative support to the staff, the lawyers and clients. While the day to day tasks may vary the main areas of responsibility are outlined below.
Job Duties:
Opening Files
Sending out contracts
Closing Files
Managing Client Files, i.e. updating the physical and electronic records and assisting with organizing them for upcoming court hearings
Create and send out weekly consult reports
Creating Templates
Running reports
Assisting with in house clerical items such as creating templates, organizing supplies, etc.
Assist the front desk in greeting clients
Answer phones, takes messages, or transfer calls
Set up new client consults
Client communications via phone and email
Sort and scan mail
Run conflict checks
Schedule appointments
Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers and our entire legal team, as needed
Provide excellent customer service
Carry yourself professionally
Bring in positive reviews of the firm
Outstanding time-management and typing skills
Ability to multitask
Dresses for success and professionally every day
Amongst various other tasks/duties
Job Qualifications:
Education:
Highschool Diploma
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Clerical/Office Experience (Preferred)
Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
