Stellantis
The US Retail Demand Planner is responsible for managing all demand planning functions for a particular set of products supporting the US Retail market. The Demand Planner will analyze market trends such as wholesale, retail sales, inventory and industry trends and create production proposals at volume and mix levels maximizing market demand fulfillment and profitability while working through supplier and manufacturing capacities.
On a daily basis, the Demand Planner will align the production program to orders and escalate concerns on mismatches between demand signals and future production plan. Key business partners include supply chain, brand, finance, sales, and business centers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as Google Suite
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop consensus across multiple cross-functional groups
