Salary:

$25-$40 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time We're looking for an experienced

CRM Manager

to join our growing team in the lighting and home improvement industry. As we expand both our e-commerce and B2B presence, you'll play a critical role in building the CRM system that connects our sales, customer service, and marketing operations. What You'll Do:

Develop customer segmentation, sales pipelines, and automation workflows

Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and operations to optimize client touchpoints

Drive CRM adoption across teams and provide training

Analyze customer behavior and generate actionable reports

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in CRM, ideally in home improvement/building materials

Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar

Strong data mindset and project management skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally

Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred
