Imagine having a personal assistant to streamline your professional activities while you focus on building relationships and closing deals. You will engage both company-generated and self-generated leads and play a crucial role in executing marketing initiatives to convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads through various communication channels to secure new clients. Clearly articulate our services to prospects and referral partners. Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns. Attend real estate networking events to expand your professional connections. Conduct public presentations and outreach to existing referral sources. Hold meetings with potential clients to discuss their investment property needs. Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community. Utilize a CRM system to manage leads and track sales activities effectively. Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. Contribute to marketing materials and create engaging video content. Qualifications: Proven success in sales, including scheduling and closing deals over the phone. Active Minnesota Real Estate License is mandatory. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with CRM systems and managing sales activities. Professional appearance and demeanor.
