The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to CARE by assisting the Senior Administrative Assistant and carrying out independent tasks that ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Prior experience in office management, or administrative roles. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to manage projects and timelines independently. Professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills. Education and Experience
