Role Highlights:
Represent Marvin with professionalism and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Conduct in-home sales processes, product demonstrations, proposal developments, and contract completions.
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have shown interest in replacing their windows or doors.
Build and maintain relationships with customers beyond the initial appointment to foster repeat and referral opportunities.
Compensation Overview:
Potential to earn over $100,000 annually; top consultants can average over $200,000.
Commissions are credited at the time of order, eliminating delays for payments.
Average monthly car allowance of $550 (varies by vehicle age and model).
Mileage reimbursement provided.
Receive a cell phone and laptop or iPad for work purposes.
Bonus opportunities available both monthly and annually.
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM and electronic pricing tools is advantageous but not required.
Outside sales experience is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
Additionally, we seek candidates who have:
A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Flexibility for customer appointments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
