Coordinate timely and accurate baggage handling to ensure all items are routed to the correct aircraft Verify oversized and interline baggage is properly documented and loaded Prepare the bagroom and ensure it's operational before check-in opens Communicate with other airlines and ground handling teams regarding missing or delayed baggage Respond to email correspondence regarding baggage claims and escalations Collaborate with Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) and airline personnel to maintain efficiency and prevent delays Support behind-the-scenes operations beyond front-line passenger check-in
