CATCH HOSPITALITY GROUP is opening two new SOHO concepts. We are looking for a talented Maitre d who is relentlessly passionate about hospitality. This person lights up a room and has an impact on every person they speak with. They are meticulous with the reservation book and can balance detail-oriented pre-planning with last-minute VIP requests. The environment is active and requires high-level critical thinking; abundant feedback is the culture, and the team relentlessly pushes the definition of great. Must have prior Maitre D' experience within a relevant hospitality company for a minimum of 4 years. Responsibilities
The Maitred plays a crucial role in the success of the restaurant and will be responsible for assisting the Management Team in seating the dining room. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to help provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Qualifications
Have 4 years of Maitred experience with a bespoke brand Are organized and proficient at multitasking Are a reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations Are committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Have open availability to work days, nights and weekends Details
