Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist/ Cashier with Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

This individual will receive incoming calls to the dealership for sales and service. Perform cashier duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received


• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers


• Answer phone calls and direct to the proper personnel


• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner


• Keeping the customer lounge clean and make sure customers waiting have a pleasant experience


• Various miscellaneous reports


• Able to use credit card machine and check verification


• Clerical duties as needed
