Compensation – $50/hr.

Duration – 6–9-month contract with extensions possible

Location – HYBRID | 3 days on site - Phoenix, AZ 85003

 

SUMMARY

Insight Global is seeking an adaptable Business Systems Analyst to join a local municipal client's Streets Department. This client is in the process of implementing a citywide construction project management software called Unifier. The implementation covers more than 10 operating departments and 500 users. Due to the volume of projects, user accounts, and training necessary to implement the software, the City is looking for someone to assist with creating workflows, training new users, inputting project data, creating user accounts, and assigning rights to begin using the system.

 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating new users within Unifier and assisting with training new users
  • Assigning rights, creating projects, and shells within Unifier
  • Inputting project data and uploading documentation with accuracy
  • Prepping for training classes (logistics, scheduling, follow up etc.)
  • Assisting with reports - ad-hoc analysis, troubleshooting, data gathering, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting implementation, systems administration, and/or database administration for Project Management software (Unifier, Procore, MS Project, or other Oracle Products)
  • Experience in MS Suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (intermediate/advanced)
  • Comfortable creating and presenting training documents/presentations

 

Compensation: $50/hr. Exact compensation will vary depending on individual experience, skills, and education.
