to take full ownership of our Denver office and help create a vibrant, efficient, and inspiring workspace for our team. This is a
full-time, onsite
role requiring approximately
40 hours per week . The position is a
contract opportunity
with potential for long-term hire. What Youll Do: Own the Office Experience:
Maintain workplace standards and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Be the Welcoming Face:
Greet visitors and employees, manage reception, and oversee access protocols. Create a Clean & Organized Space:
Keep the office tidy and presentable, especially for executive visits. Manage Supplies:
Order, receive, and stock office, kitchen, and food supplies. Support Events & Meetings:
Assist with logistics for team meetings and on-site events. Handle Light IT Tasks:
Set up new monitors and assist with basic troubleshooting in coordination with remote IT teams. Coordinate Facilities Issues:
Report and follow up on maintenance needs with building management. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with internal teams including People, IT, and Facilities to ensure a seamless workplace experience. Who You Are: Experienced in office management, reception, or administrative support. Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and office aesthetics. A clear communicator and active listener who builds trust across teams. Self-motivated and capable of working independently without daily supervision. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Growth-oriented, always looking to improve and support others.
