Catering Server
The Catering Server is responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner; and plays an integral role in ensuring guests have exceptional experiences. Catering Servers are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Primary Responsibilities Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations. Follow the Legends Service Standards
Greet guests within 1 minute of them arriving to their seats Take beverage order within 2 minutes of arrival Properly ring in items into the Point of Sales system Deliver beverages within 5 minutes after placing order Suggest menu items and take order Deliver food order in a timely manner Conduct 2 minute / 2 bite check back Practices table maintenance Check back for additional drink order Deliver bill and collects payment in a timely manner
Perform all opening, closing and side work duties as assigned Must be knowledgeable of food and beverage items offered in their assigned location Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines Other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting. Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications Demonstrates excellent guest service skills Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25lbs Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.
