Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Make all drinks and orders to organization standards following recipes Provide excellent customer service through accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures Provide quality coffee beverages consistently for customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products Complete pre, running, and post shift side-work duties Ability to multitask with the needs of the business and anticipate customer needs by constantly evaluating environment Receive deliveries, unload and organize stockroom. Restock all condiments, sundries, food and beverage items throughout shift Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times Present a pleasant and attentive attitude at all times Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures Ascertains guest satisfaction; in the event of dissatisfaction, is a creative problem solver Maintain regular and punctual attendance Be willing to jump in where needed to assist in delivering top service levels Balance house bank at the end of the shift Qualifications
Must have a love or passion for the coffee environment. Barista service experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a highly active service setting. Pleasant, engaging and welcoming personality. Some with strong attention to detail and who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work day and weekends.
