We pride ourselves on outstanding service, teamwork, and a dynamic environment that celebrates Miami's energy and culture. **Position Purpose** Set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages courteously and professionally, adhering to Pyramid Hotels' high standards. **Essential Functions** - Prepare banquet rooms with linen, serviceware, and glassware as instructed. - Attend pre-event meetings to understand the event details. - Greet guests and respond to requests courteously. - Serve food and beverages, ensuring consistency and promptness. - Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction. - Practice teamwork and cleanliness policies. - Reset rooms post-event for next functions, ensuring sanitation. - Attend monthly departmental meetings. **Other** Maintain regular attendance according to standards.
