CP&P is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Mid-Atlantic customer service team. In this role, you'll manage the complete order life cycle - from collecting requirements to coordinating delivery and billing. You'll work closely with sales, production, and dispatch to ensure each order is accurate, on-time, and meets customer expectations.
What You'll Do:
•Manage full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing
•Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously
•Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed
•Gather complete order requirements and schedule orders
•Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing
•Collaborate across departments to ensure on-time, accurate product delivery
•Monitor job progress and maintain strong customer satisfaction
•Help coordinate field support visits and follow through on resolution
•Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems
•Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed
What You Bring:
•Strong ability to manage priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
•Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred)
•Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings
•Working knowledge of CP&P product types and usage (preferred)
•Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

What You Need:
•A high school diploma or GED; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferred
•At least three (3) years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development
•U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer
•A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Typical Schedule:
•Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload
•Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods
Physical Demands:
•Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping
•Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
•Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
Work Environment:
•Work is performed in an office environment with conditioned air and fluorescent lighting
•May occasionally enter the production environment, with exposure to ambient weather and air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting
