Responsibilities Job Summary Under supervision, this role performs functions related to at least two modalities such as CT, MRI, or Hybrid OR, in addition to general Radiology Technologist duties. The technologist must perform high-quality procedures requiring ingenuity, initiative, and independent judgment, including routine tests, equipment maintenance, and support at various HonorHealth facilities. The role involves performing procedures in these modalities routinely. Essential Functions Perform all functions related to a minimum of two modalities: Radiology, CT, MRI, or serve in the Hybrid OR, along with general Radiology Technologist duties. Assist physicians in procedures within documented guidelines, demonstrating proficiency and conducting procedures within proper protocols and timeframes. Obtain and evaluate images for quality assurance, including proper labeling and annotation, and utilize RIS, PACS, and other systems as needed. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily workflows. Maintain equipment, perform quality control tests, and coordinate repairs. Rotate through departments based on staffing and volume. Participate in staff training and maintain a safe, clean environment. Manage inventory as assigned. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education Associate's Degree - Preferred High School Diploma or GED - Required Experience >10 months clinical CT, MRI, Hybrid OR, or 1-year general radiology experience - Required 2 years in two or more modalities - Preferred Licenses and Certifications Current ARRT certification and completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiology General Procedures program or US military Radiology training - Required Current BLS certification - Required Current CT or MR license - Preferred Valid RT license - Required National specialty certification (ARRT, ARMRIT, ARRT-MR, ARRT-CT) - Required
