Job Responsibilities: - Lead TrackMan Range sales efforts in the South Central US territory. - Personally close TrackMan Range deals with large golf driving ranges and golf facilities. - Handle the full sales cycle, from lead finding to collecting customer feedback. - Understand the golf industry landscape and dynamics, identify partnership opportunities, and continuously improve TrackMan's sales approach. - Work with the TrackMan sales team to identify leads and deliver on annual sales targets. - Provide well-thought-out market feedback to the TrackMan Range Product Owner and HQ development teams. - Prepare reports and ensure CRM system properly reflects the opportunity pipeline.
Must-have Requirements: - 2+ years of extensive B2B sales experience on an executive level, ideally in project-based businesses. - Ability to analyze problems and provide well-thought-out solutions. - Operational/hands-on, as well as strategic mindset. - Good understanding of key business and finance concepts. - Strong growth ambitions and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Trustworthy, charismatic, quick thinking, and determined. - Positive and independent mindset with a high energy level and willingness to go the extra mile. - Active in sports, passion for golf. - PGA/LPGA Golf Professional status is preferred. - Excellent presentation and communication skills.
