About the role: This isnt your typical make a deck and tweak the pricing page job. As our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, youll architect, evangelize, and execute the full spectrum of product marketing. Youll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, crafting the narratives, launches, and go-to-market strategies that position us as the category leader in autonomous sales for small businesses. Youll be the right hand to our Head of Product, turning ideas into market-shaping launches that customers cant ignore. Youll own messaging, positioning, competitive insights, and launch execution end-to-end. This is a hands-on role: youll write it, test it, launch it, and iterate it yourself. As the first PMM, youll shape both our product story and the way Raynmaker goes to market as we grow. What You Will Own

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

Build and execute end-to-end product launches, pricing and packaging, messaging, and competitive positioning from scratch. Storytelling & Narrative:

Craft differentiated messaging that cuts through AI hype and makes our value clear internally and externally. Sales Enablement:

Develop and deliver collateral, battlecards, and competitive intelligence that Sales actually uses. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to align teams around GTM goals and support internal training and partner success. Help promote integration, adoption, and partner value. Customer Insight:

Be the voice of the market in the product organization and distill feedback into actionable insights for the roadmap and GTM. Growth Loops:

Partner with Product, Sales, and Growth to build and optimize adoption and activation funnels. Content Engine:

Own and build product pages, feature announcements, demos, case studies, and launch communications. Category Creation:

Help define and dominate the next wave of AI-powered sales tech. Youre creating the playbook, not following one. What You Bring

Startup DNA:

Experience leading PMM in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI/ML startup, ideally as an early marketing hire. GTM Mastery:
