In all of this cyber noise, how can these organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them? The answer is an information security risk specialist like you who can break down complex threats into manageable plans of action. Responsibilities

Advise for the DoD, leading the discovery of their cyber risks, understanding applicable policies, and developing and implementing a mitigation plan. Oversee the analysis of technical and personnel details from operations and engineers as your team reviews the entire threat landscape. Guide through a plan of action with task breakdown and translate security concepts to team members to inform decision making for securing the simulation training network. Grow your career in information security while sharing skills in network defense, incident management, and threat analysis with clients and team. Qualifications

Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems such as Splunk, Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana Experience monitoring operating systems security events (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS) Experience with IA security policy, including ATOs and ATCs, and cybersecurity tools such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, host-based security, or Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience with manual and automated vulnerability assessments for vulnerability management tools such as Nessus Experience developing test plans and procedures to address the level of effort for the IT system being accredited, and developing technical system requirements Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of IT resources including Windows, Linux, VMware, and containerization products Knowledge of SCAP, STIG, and hardening implementation Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree IAT Level III Certification such as CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity and Work Model
