Position: Outside Sales - Market Area Manager | Dealer Relationships Position Details:

Market Area Managers operate within their designated geographic territories. Residency within or near the territory is required.

Candidate Profile: We seek motivated, consultative, and influential sales professionals with:

A drive to succeed and meet goals

A commitment to self and customer improvement

A proven sales success record

Experience in consultative sales, needs analysis, and solutions-based approaches

Ideal backgrounds include roles such as:

Account Managers

Account Executives

Sales Managers

Field and Territory Managers

Business Development and Finance Managers

Responsibilities:

Prospecting automotive dealerships

Account management and client relationship building

Managing a territory with entrepreneurial initiative

Qualifications:

Minimum 80% travel within the market

Successful sales track record in competitive environments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license, insurance, registration

Less than 10% overnight travel

Preferred:

Auto finance or dealership retail experience

Existing dealer relationships in the territory

Compensation:

$111,450 + uncapped monthly commissions
