We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager in our NICU at Wolfson Children's Hospital.
This is a full-time day shift position. Our Level IV NICU is staffed with an unparalleled team of neonatal nurses, neonatologists, and maternal-fetal specialists, providing the highest level of intensive care designated in Florida. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a nursing unit and supervising the nursing personnel in a particular unit or department. Other duties include: Delegating tasks to a nursing staff, managing and checking the nursing schedule, ensuring all shifts are covered Overseeing patient care, making management and budgetary decisions, coordinating meetings, and making personnel decisions Recruiting new team members and conducting performance reviews Cert Note: ACLS & PALS are not required for NICU Nurse Manager - NRP is required If you are interested in the Nurse Manager position, please apply today! Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Education Preferred
Master's Degree Experience
3-5 Years of Nursing Experience License and Certification
