You’ll represent exciting, fast-moving brands like Smackin’ Sunflower Seeds, Oasis Dubai Chocolate, Built Bars, Peelerz Fruit Snacks, My Dad’s Chili, and more. Compensation Commission:
4% of all wholesale orders Additional Bonuses:
Based on verified store acquisition and performance milestones Payout Schedule:
Biweekly Total Expected Earnings:
$3,000–$6,000/month Responsibilities Open 20–40+ new retail accounts each month (c-stores, gas stations, smoke shops, etc.) Visit stores in person, pitch product lines, and secure first-time orders Submit orders through our mobile platform and track performance Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers Ensure products are visible, priced correctly, and merchandised properly Share on-the-ground insights with RepRally’s ops and product teams Ideal Background 3+ years in field sales, route sales, distribution, or territory management Confidence walking into new stores and selling face-to-face Familiarity with convenience, grocery, liquor, or smoke shop environments Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Reliable transportation and ability to manage your own territory Why Join RepRally?
