Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities
Supports and contributes to the highest level of service and care of our clients.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all Cyber processes, regardless of department, role or responsibility.
Works closely with Cyber’s team to address inconsistencies or misses that could impact culture or brand.
Builds strong relationships with employees through proactive, consistent, clear, and kind communication.
Reviews project information to ensure correct information is captured and noted.
Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients.
Advanced knowledge of Custom Residential Integration including Lighting, Shading and Control systems. Proficient in Lutron QS, RA3 and QSX systems; competent with Apple iOS/macOS and PC devices.
Write, modify and test code, scripts and programming to ensure proper function of software and applications.
Supports multiple areas of the business as needed, including installation of hardware and configuration phases.
Accurately documents device changes/updates pertaining to all Client Master I/O’s.
Equipped with appropriate tools for programming responsibilities (laptop/adapters, cabling tools, rack/install tools, etc.).
Maintains Cyber Standards and seeks opportunities to improve operations while staying up-to-date with evolving technology.
