Be the go-to expert across your territory bringing enthusiasm and expertise to retail staff and customers Drive sales in assigned territory to meet or exceed targets Monitor sales performance metrics and project future revenue trends Stay informed about competitors and customer preferences to tailor sales approach Lead product trainings that inspire teamsfrom quick chats to full-on team sessions, in-store and online Build real relationships with store leaders and associates, turning them into enthusiastic brand advocates Make strategic moves to boost sales and market shareand track your wins with smart tools Keep store displays fresh, clean, and irresistible Represent the brand with energy and integrity every single day Qualifications
