As a National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team, contribute to the companys growth, and build off existing business. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager (Sales) for a Houston-based role. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the multi-family industry. Your primary goal will be to grow sales and expand the company's presence in the market. With a hunter mentality and a proven track record in sales, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, understanding the long sales cycle, and meeting sales targets. This is an office-based position with flexible hours, but travel will be required once established. Benefits and Compensation: Base salary range: $100K-$130K Commission offered: Up to 20% of gross profit Annual profit sharing: Up to 5%+"All in" compensation 1st year: $100K - $130K+ Travel expenses reimbursed Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401K match and profit sharing
