Contract Overview:

The Ticket Sales & Servicing Executive is a critical role in driving attendance and revenue for Major League Cricket (MLC) events. This role focuses on maximizing ticket sales and delivering an exceptional fan experience through effective sales strategies and efficient ticketing operations. Reporting to the Tournament Commercial Partnerships Lead, the Ticket Sales Executive will also work closely with the Hospitality Manager to execute premium hospitality experiences. The Ticket Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound sales efforts, including premium hospitality and group ticket sales. Additionally, the role will manage ticket inventory, distribution, and fulfillment to ensure seamless event operations. Key Responsibility Areas

Ticket Sales & Revenue Generation: Sell a variety of ticket products, including premium seating, group packages, and hospitality experiences, via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Inventory & Pricing Management: Oversee event manifests, ticket types, pricing, and distribution strategies to optimize sales and fan access. Game-Day Operations: Ensure smooth ticketing processes on event days, including inventory tracking, customer service, and troubleshooting ticket-related issues. Hospitality & Special Guests Experience: Collaborate with food and beverage vendors to coordinate and execute premium hospitality experiences for guests. Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service to ticket buyers, corporate clients, and VIPs to enhance the overall fan experience. Venue Access & Credentialing: Manage ticket fulfillment, venue entry processes, and ensure proper access control for fans, VIPs, and sponsors. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize revenue. Support Venue Operations: Assist in general event management tasks as needed to ensure a successful MLC season. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in ticket sales, sports marketing, or event management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of ticketing platforms, CRM systems, and fan engagement strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and match days. Experience in cricket or professional sports leagues is a plus. Location:
