Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist 1 to join the team. This role will be Day shift, M-F, (4) 10 hr. shifts. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

IR Tech 1 Job Responsibilities: Assists radiation safety by maintaining safe practices. Assists team and customers with prompt room turnover. Recognizes adverse clinical situations and helps other personnel to do so. Accurately implements computer orders for all Interventional Radiology functions.
IR Tech 1 Additional Requirements: Work schedule: Full Time Days Education:
Vocational/Technical in the area of study in Radiologic Technology; Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography Licensure:
Licensed Radiologic Technologist Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Radiologic Technologist required only if the position is located in a free standing center not affiliated with an Inova Health System Hospital Certification:
Basic Life Support Upon Start; American Registered Radiologic Technologists registry eligible. American Registered Radiologic Technologists certification must be obtained within one year of hire Experience : None required
