The Application Support Specialist I serves as an important primary support liaison between the company and the customer and is responsible for resolving complex customer-related software issues associated with the use of Trimble Construction’s accounting, HR, service, and project management software. This position focuses on our Vista Accounting product. You will: Assists customers with their Vista ERP system, including troubleshooting, explaining technical language, and investigating to understand & solve customer issues Develop solution guides and documentation, leveraging AI-powered tools to explain troubleshooting steps and common solutions for colleagues and customers to use Understand accounting and technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree with two or more years of experience, or five years of relevant industry experience, may be substituted. Strong understanding of general business and accounting principles and practices, particularly payroll set-up and processing. Experience working all the way through the General Ledger is highly beneficial. Demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Encouraged but not required:
Basic SQL knowledge Construction industry experience, particularly in construction accounting and/or project management Experience in a customer service role About Your Location
Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support, Development, and Product teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office. About Our Construction Division

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
