Overview
Bohler is seeking a
strategic, relationship-driven leader
to serve as
National Account Director , responsible for the overall health, performance, and growth of our national accounts. In this
high-impact role , you’ll drive exceptional client experiences, expand our geographic reach and service lines, and ensure profitability and consistency across markets.
This is a rare opportunity to lead with both vision and precision, balancing strong communication skills, deep knowledge of land development consulting, and a commitment to operational excellence.
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, Client Experience, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to
guide national strategy and delivery .

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts Develop account plans and strategies to support revenue targets and client-specific objectives Understand each client’s unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs with speed and care Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services Identify opportunities to expand our services and geographic reach Track and analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements Proactively solve issues and implement corrective actions as needed
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in engineering, project management, business development, national account management, or client strategy, ideally supporting national or multi-locational AEC clients such as retailers, developers, brokers, owners, etc. Strong understanding of one or more of Bohler’s core service lines (i.e., site civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture, etc.) Proven ability to lead complex client relationships and cross-regional account strategies. Skilled communicator with high EQ; able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders. Proactive problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
