Certified Great Place to Work What youll be doing: Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to attract top talent Understand current and future hiring needs through communication with hiring managers Generate candidate flow using various sourcing methods Conduct phone screens and oversee the entire interview process from sourcing to offer Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature) Accurately process onboarding paperwork and candidate dispositions What you need: 1+ year of successful full-cycle recruiting experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with a competitive base salary and bonus plan Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships quickly with hiring managers Where you'll be:
