Overview
National Spine and Pain Surgery Center of Maryland is seeking a Full-Time Surgical Technologist to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our Oxon Hill location. Schedule: Monday Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call). Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm. Responsibilities
Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures with a high degree of efficiency, anticipating the surgeons and patients needs during the case Ensure the availability of adequate supplies, equipment and instruments for scheduled cases and assist in opening cases in a sterile manner Utilize physician preference cards to set up each case; updating cards when indicated Assist with patient positioning, skin prep, and draping Ensure accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts are completed when indicated What We Offer

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program CST certification preferred Current BLS The capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.
