Baptist Health Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a CT Technologist to our CT Scan department at our Baptist Nassau Crossing location. As a CT Technologist at Baptist, you will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety as this aligns with our mission to make hope, healing, and well-being accessible to every person as an expression of God's love. Our CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services, ensure both the comfort and safety of patients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities include operating and calibrating GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast, patient positioning, providing clear explanations and education about the process, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The primary responsibility of a CT Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patients care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. Our CT Technologist at Baptist Clay work with GE equipment and work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety. Our CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services and thrive in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Performing high quality CT procedures. Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and other departments with a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients. Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements. Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or institutional policy.
