Full-time Account Manager Position

Introduction. We are a cleaning company with more than 20 years on the market, providing different types of services in various store chains. We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our management team. Job Description. As our Account Manager, you will cover different responsibilities and perform several tasks such as: Organizing schedules for different cleaners. Visiting various locations to inspect the quality of our services and report findings. Training new cleaners in your area. Performing quality assurance visits, assisting cleaners who are struggling with their locations. Maintaining constant communication with our clients, responding to emails and messages. Important Details. As an Account Manager, these are some important details you must know: You will be visiting different stores, and not all of them are in Orlando; some are in nearby cities such as Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, etc. We will provide training so you can learn to provide all the services you must be familiar with, enabling you to train new cleaners. Previous cleaning experience is a huge plus. We are looking for someone capable of managing a team, providing quick responses to our cleaners' concerns, and knowing how to react to various situations that may arise. Our Account Manager must have at least basic English skills to communicate with the managers of the different locations we serve. Our Account Manager must have a driver's license and, if possible, a vehicle of their own. Payment Organization and Schedule. Salary: $3,000/month, $36,000/year. Payments are made via direct deposit; the prospect must have a bank account, SSN, and work permit. We pay twice a month, on the 7th and 22nd of each month. Days worked between the 1st and 15th of each month are deposited the next day (22nd), and days worked between the 16th and the last day of each month are deposited the next day (7th).
