KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Assist with document preparation and editing Maintain office supplies and equipment Provide general administrative support to the team

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.

WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
