Overview

Job Number: R0224963 RadiantOne Developer: Security-focused engineering to design and build secure systems for a federal government Identity and Access Management (IdAM) program. The role involves identifying and implementing ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface, and integrating Radiant Logic (RL) with other tools into client systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will work with the client IdAM team to translate customer needs and future goals into secure, effective solutions. Youll explore new techniques, move beyond legacy models, and contribute to network design with alternatives and customized security solutions. As a RadiantOne Developer on our project, youll be part of a larger team to: Install, configure, and integrate Radiant Logic (RL) with other tools into client systems, applications, and infrastructure. Collaborate with the client IdAM team to translate customer needs into secure solutions. Investigate new techniques, challenge legacy approaches, and keep pace with industry direction. Provide critical perspectives on network design and tailor solutions to balance security with mission needs. Learn from a team of experts while contributing to a world-class IdAM program.

You Have

5+ years of experience with IdAM Experience with enterprise-grade identity and directory services platforms, including identity management, observability and analytics, federated identity and directory services components, data virtualization, integration connectors, and high-performance directory stores Experience with ICAM technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, AD, or LDAP Experience with federation technologies such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect Knowledge of DevOps tools, including GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog, Jira, or Confluence Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED

Experience with RadiantOne Federated Identity and Directory (FID) platform Experience with virtualization, HDAP, ZooKeeper, connectors, and identity correlation Experience with identity governance processes and entitlement management programs Knowledge of system, network, application, and security architectures, cybersecurity solutions, key cyber processes such as incident handling, risk measurement, and change management, and key cyber threats, including nation state actors, malware or ransomware, command and control infrastructures, and mitigations Ability to collaborate with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage with technologists and leaders across the enterprise Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems, draw logical conclusions, make sound decisions, develop solutions, and drive closure Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This range represents typical salary for this position and is one component of the total compensation package.
