Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The candidate will monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities
Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion. Developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating with team members to ensure on-time, under-budget project execution. Managing the financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interests while maintaining good client relationships. Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications to ensure timeline, efficiency, and accuracy. Implementing an effective communication plan and operating rhythm, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing with all stakeholders. Identifying and managing potential risks, providing solutions to keep projects on track. Ensuring construction projects adhere to building codes, legal requirements, safety standards, and ethical practices. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Ensuring quality construction standards and proper construction techniques. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. Exceptional leadership, organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills. Strong delegation, coordination, and communication abilities. Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in project management software tools.
