Description Define and own the solution architecture including model selection, fine-tuning strategy, and prompt engineering pipelines. Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable software applications supporting AI initiatives. Collaborate with various teams for safe, ethical, and compliant AI development. Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) based on evolving requirements, iterating quickly to meet changing needs. Mentor and guide engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to engineers, leaders, and executives. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the solution architecture for AI initiatives. Develop scalable software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliant AI solutions. Deploy models from development to production and troubleshoot issues. Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative environment. Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders. Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance. Qualifications
Hands-on experience in ML engineering. Experience in deploying models from development to production. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong communication skills for technical concepts. Experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
