Base pay range $46.00/hr - $52.00/hr This range is provided by Complete Care - Connecticut. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Connecticut Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required Previous long-term care experience required Complete Care at Glendale
