Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Newbury St. The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience & Brand Mission standard. Create an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education and educating customers about our community and culture. This role requires expert product knowledge across features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. The Sales Associate thrives in a team environment with a culture of feedback and excellence. Key Responsibilities
Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals. Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alos Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency. Engage with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Continue to build client relationships daily with our customers. In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities. Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives as needed. Know store goals, company initiatives, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives; educate on these on the floor. Confidently introduce all facets of the Alo business model (Retail, Yoga, Caf) through personal testimony and knowledge. Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals. Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Educate guests and staff on our product, community, and culture. Understand and protect the daily schedule that prioritizes the best business strategy in partnership with Store Leadership. Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow including visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain constant movement in and around the store; perform additional tasks as needed to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. Qualifications
Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment. Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences. Aligns with and embodies ALOs Guiding Principles. Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as part of a team. Ability to move constantly in and around all areas of the store. Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb ladders. Ability to stand and move for an entire shift. Schedule
Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees must be able to work during the companys Blackout period (week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season).
